- Special Needs – If your dog requires medication or special care, please provide detailed instructions at the time of booking or check-in.
- Drop-Off and Pick-Up -Timely drop-offs and pick-ups help us maintain our schedule and provide the best care for all pets. Please call us an hour prior to collecting your pets from the Sydney dog training Centre.

We clean and sanities our facilities twice a day, ensuring our hygiene practices are up to standard. Our facility is secured with fencing and 24/7 CCTV surveillance, allowing us to make sure all our canine guests are protected.
